Why does the automatic reconnect not work after I have charged the SpeechMike in a docking station?

When putting the SpeechMike into the docking station a wireless connection is automatically established between these two devices. To reestablish the wireless connection to the AirBridge move with the SpeechMike out of the wireless range of the docking station or disconnect the docking station from all power sources (USB and Power supply).
