Create account for Support portal

The SPS Support portal offers a complete platform for accessing resources, submitting requests, and receiving help from the support team.

To access the SPS Support portal, you can either type support.speech.com in your browser or click on the provided link: https://support.speech.com

On the support portal page, click the Sign in button in the top right corner to continue.

The login box will appear. If you don't have an account yet, click on the Sign up option in the login box to create a new account.

Fill in your full name and email address in the respective fields. After entering your details, click on the Sign up blue button.

After clicking the Sign up button, a pop-up box will appear.

You will need to check your email inbox for a new message from the SPS Support system. This email will contain instructions on how to create a password for your account. Once you have created a password, you will be redirected to the main support page. Now, you can use your email address and the newly created password to log in to the support portal. Upon successful login, you will notice that the button at the top of the page has been renamed to Submit a request. Additionally, you will see an icon with your profile name visible on the page.

If you don't see any emails or tickets after logging in, don't worry. You can now create new support tickets by clicking on the Submit a request button. As you can see, when you create the subject line, relevant suggestions with solutions will already be displayed as Suggested articles

You can also browse through various articles by clicking on the articles link. This will take you to a page where you can find helpful information related to known issues, workarounds, FAQs, and more.

Furthermore, you have the option to rate articles based on their usefulness. This helps provide feedback to the support team and improve the quality of the articles.

Lastly, you can choose to follow a product areas support specialist. This allows you to receive updates and  notifications from specific areas like SpeechLive Mobile APP or any other.
