This happens because the Outlook main window was in focus. When the Desktop app corrects recognized text it needs to delete the old ones. To do that it basically sends backspace events, as if you were hitting the backspace button. Pushing the backspace button while Outlook main window is in focus archives the emails. We advise to use a SpeechMike to start and stop the dictation when you are moving your mouse.
