It may sometimes be necessary to reset the cache folder, if SpeechExec Experiences issues syncing with a SpeechLive account.
Here's how to proceed ......
Exit SpeechExec completely (File then Exit)
Browse to the user's local appdata folder (start>run>%localappdata%)
Locate Philips Speech\SpeechExec\PT folder (in this example we are looking at Pro Transcribe)
Inside of the PT folder you will see a SpeechDrive folder
Rename the SpeechDrive folder to old_SpeechDrive
Now launch SpeechExec again.
It may take a while, but the SpeechDrive folders (including the Archive folder) will now sync with the database
