It may occasionally be necessary to reset the cache folder if SpeechExec encounters difficulties synchronizing with a SpeechLive account.
Please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Completely exit SpeechExec (File, then Exit).
2. Navigate to the user's local appdata folder (Start > Run > %localappdata%).
3. Locate the Philips Speech\SpeechExec\PT folder (in this instance, we are examining Pro Transcribe).
4. Within the PT folder, you will find a SpeechDrive folder.
C:\Users\userid\AppData\Local\Philips Speech\SpeechExec\PT\SpeechDrive
5. Rename the SpeechDrive folder to old_SpeechDrive.
6. Launch SpeechExec again.
It may take some time, but the SpeechDrive folders (including the Archive folder) will now synchronize with the database.
