User configuration file provide valuable information when troubleshooting issues related to the SpeechLive DesktopApp.   

 

- To get the user configuration file please browse to  C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Philips SpeechLive

- Upload the config to the support ticket.
