We are pleased to announce the release of SpeechExec Enterprise V8.5

Highlights:

• Improved SpeechKit correction editor - There are two major enhancements to the SpeechKit Correction Editior (NOTE: these enhancements are only available when using Nuance hosted data centres using DMO currently)
  • “Perfect” deferred correction
    • This improvement to the correction editor allows the Author’s SpeechKit profile to learn and adapt from the corrections that the transcriptionist makes when processing the speech recognised document from a "correction pending" state
  • Synchronised audio and text playback
    • A further enhancement to the SpeechKit correction editor is the ability to synchronise the audio position with the text position within the correction editor. Previously this has not been possible when pausing the playback within the Recorder for the Authors or the Player for the Transcriptionists
• Dragon Professional Group 15.7 and Dragon Professional 16 support
• Support for RTF and TXT templates for SpeechKit online recognition

We are pleased to announce the release of the Web Recorder SDK v3.1.0.22. This new version of the Web Recorder SDK offers significant improvements over v2.0.0.7 of the Web Recorder SDK.

These improvements are:

• Cloud hosted License Server - No requirement for integrators to have an on premise SpeechExec Enterprise License Manager instance
• Slow network indication - Users are now warned if the recording chunks get accumulated, due to slow network, before being copied to the server
• Linux support - WebRecorder SDK is now supported on Linux operating systems
• Support audio file formats - new audio file formats are supported for playback
  • The WebRecorder SDK now supports playback of .mp3, unencrypted .ds2 and PCM .wav files
• Philips Device Connector (PDC) support - The Web Recorder SDK now works with the Philips Device Connector (PDC)
