Symptom
Initial password setup or password change fails.
Cause
Mimecast may try to rewrite the URL in the SpeechID confirmation email.
Resolution
Enter a manual permission for https://license.speechexec.com in Mimecast.
Problem: Failure to set/change password with SpeechExec V11.x
