Symptom
When running SpeechLive with DMO Offline Speech Recognition following pop-up appears
Cause
The service/user does not have Modify access to the directory C:\Windows\SystemTemp
Resolution
Open Windows Explorer and Browse to folder C:\Windows\SystemTemp
following pop-up will be displayed
click "Continue" and allow as Admin
