Easily adjust the recording quality of your Philips DVT2010 to suit your needs. The VoiceTracer offers various recording formats: For the best sound quality, choose the WAV format – ideal for interviews, lectures, or music recordings.
For longer recordings such as meetings or lectures, the space-saving MP3 format is recommended. It saves storage space without compromising intelligibility and makes it easier to listen to or transcribe later.
With the right settings, you can get the most out of your Philips VoiceTracer DVT2010 and always find the right balance between sound quality and storage requirements – whether for notes, conversations, or long meetings.
Why Recording Quality Matters
The choice of quality affects two factors:
Sound fidelity: Higher bit rates deliver more detailed audio results.
Storage space: The higher the quality, the larger the file and the shorter the total available recording time.
