When dictations sent from Speechlive to DMO remain stuck in “in progress” status, you can unblock them as follows:
- Stop the "Philips Speechlive DMO Management Service"
- Go to the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Philips Speech\DMOManagement\ and delete the DMOManagement.db file
- Restart the Philips Speechlive DMO Management service; the database will then be restored
You can achieve this by opening a console with administrative rights and run following commands
net stop DMOManagementService
del "C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Philips Speech\DMOManagement\DMOManagement.db"
net start DMOManagementServiceThe dictations in Speechlive will then return to the “transcription pending” status and can be resent to DMO
