Problem:
The problem at hand is that the mouse clicks are no longer functioning when the mouse function is utilized on a connected SpeechMike device. However, it is still possible to perform mouse movements.
Recommended solution:
In order to address this issue and prevent any future blocking, it is imperative to disable the drag lock feature by utilizing the Philips Device Control Center for each SpeechMike device. This can be accomplished by following the outlined steps:
- Launch the Philips Device Control Center.
- Go to the "Basic Settings" tab.
- Find the "Drag-Lock enabled" button.
- Deactivate the "Drag-Lock enabled" button by clicking on it.
