When I send my recording to speech recognition, my files are not transcribed, and sometimes I get the following error

This is because you are using a file format or bitrate that is not supported by
the software, please check below the list of compatible devices and the
recommended settings

• DVT1110, DVT1150, DVT1200, DVT1250: Mode HQ quality 384kbps.

• DVT2000, DVT2050: Mode HQ quality 128 kbps or mode PCM 1536
kbps, and mic sensitivity low.

• DVT2510 DVT2710, DVT4010, DVT6010, DVT6510, DVT8010: Quality
MP3 HQ 96 kbps or quality MP3 192 kbps or quality PCM 1411 kbps
and micro sensitivity Speech recognition.

• DVT2110, DVT2810, DVT4110, DVT6110, DVT7110, DVT8110 Scene
Speech Recognition MP3 96 kbps
