The customer informed us that the device is not charging, even though it was connected to the charger for several hours.
After several conversations, we found that the SmartMeeting device was connected to a USB charger. Unfortunately, this is not possible with SmartMeeting devices.
For these devices, it is essential to use the supplied charger.

Output current: 2.5A
USB-C is used exclusively for the connection between SmartMeeting and computer.
