My computer doesn’t recognize the smart meeting via USB

Please try the following:

• Use the original cable supplied with the device.
• If you are using a USB hub, connect the device directly to a USB port on your computer without using a hub.
• Restart your computer.
• Connect the device to another USB port on your computer.
• Connect the device to another computer.

Note: If you are using the Smart Meeting PSE0501, make sure that you have connected the USB cable to the USB/output.
