Error: Invalid License

Symptom 

The installation is finished successfully. The user starts the software, and would like to create a SpeechProfile and the following error is displayed:

Cause 

In rare cases, some Antivirus programs block one of our DLLs. The file name is SENL.dll and the SpeechExec-log file would show this error:

ERROR SEPDict [] - Error in calculating the hash of the SENL.dll

Resolution

You need to add this file to the Antivirus exclusion list.

For SpeechExec (Pro)Transcribe 

The file SENL.dll will be found under C:\Program Files (x86)\Philips Speech\SpeechExec (Pro) Transcribe

For SpeechExec (Pro) dictate 

The file SENL.dll will be found under C:\Program Files (x86)\Philips Speech\SpeechExec (Pro) Dictate
