Symptom
When starting the software the following error is displayed :
The procedure entry point "_C_specific_handler" was not found in the DLL "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\MSVCP140.dll
Cause
The computer is equipped with a unsupported processor like ARM snapdragon. Please check the NFO file
Resolution
SpeechExec supports the following processors:
- Intel dual core or equivalent AMD processor, 1 GHz or faster processor.
