Try to revoke your licenses in all installed applications

Close any running Philips applications, including non-SpeechExec applications

Close Microsoft Outlook or other E-Mail Software
-
Save your work that you may have open in other applications. It is recommended to close other running applications, too.

Go to Control Panel\Programs and Features
Click with right mouse button on software and select Uninstall

Remove SpeechExec applications shortcuts from Desktop and Start Menu

Go to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_32 and try to delete, if available, the following subfolders:

everything that starts with PSP.SpeechExec

everything that starts with SpeechExec
Open the Registry Editor
-
Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Assemblies and delete, if available, all its subkeys whose name contains the word SpeechExec
-
Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products and find all those child keys here for which any of their values contain the word SpeechExec
-
note the name of these relevant child keys
-
note the paths stored in the Transform value. These usually start with: C:\Windows\Installer\ and contain a product-specific GUID (like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\305B1852851718B45AF5374844D864A7) number
-
delete the relevant child keys
-
Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Features
-
locate child keys with the same names that you noted before
-
delete these child keys

Finally, open the Edit Menu, select Find… and search for SpeechExec. Activate Look at Keys, Values and Data.
Restart the PC.
